• Associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical disciplines or equivalent training.
• 5+ years of related experience on CNC production machines or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining all components of production CNC machines and facility equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and material handling systems
• Troubleshooting equipment failures to the electronic and/or mechanical component level and performing necessary repairs
• Inspecting and measuring machine parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other issues
• Realigning and adjusting machine components such as spindles and clutches
• Validating machine and equipment repairs to ensure proper operation
• Troubleshooting electrical components, measuring voltages, and interpreting machine system drawings
• Providing support and training for machinists and machine operators
• Developing and performing preventive maintenance for each machine
• Coordinating with outside suppliers for repairs as needed
• Collaborating with engineers, production personnel, and programmers to resolve machining or assembly problems

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Worker? You’ll be:

• Possess strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and mechanical skills

• Are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams

• Have excellent communication and organizational abilities
