Job summary

TAI is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead complex facilities, utility, infrastructure, and manufacturing support projects from concept to completion. You will drive operational improvements, enhance facility reliability, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that support long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with contractors, vendors, engineering firms, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple capital and facilities projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Develop project scopes, technical requirements, engineering evaluations, and recommended solutions.
  • Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and ROI analyses.
  • Coordinate engineering, design, and technical activities performed by internal teams and external service providers.
  • Lead contractor bid evaluations, contractor selection processes, procurement support, and installation activities.
  • Provide field oversight during construction, equipment installation, commissioning, startup, and project closeout.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
  • Provide technical expertise related to facility systems, utilities, manufacturing equipment, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Support equipment lifecycle management, including replacement planning and disposition of obsolete assets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards throughout project execution.
  • Lead reliability and process improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost savings, equipment uptime, and sustainability.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for facility and manufacturing system issues.
  • Prepare project documentation, progress reports, presentations, and executive-level updates.
