Job summary

TAI is seeking a Project/Process Engineer to drive operational excellence across manufacturing and chemical processing facilities. You’ll lead capital projects from concept through startup and identify improvements that boost safety, reliability, efficiency, and performance.

Collaboration with operations, maintenance, engineering partners, and vendors shapes the future of our facility operations. Join a team that executes with impact, balancing engineering rigor with practical execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, process engineering or related field.
• 5–10+ years in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or industrial project management.
• Experience with capital projects from feasibility through startup.
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes to identify safety, reliability, capacity, quality, and cost improvements.
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, and equipment specs.
• Lead capital projects up to $1M from concept to startup; manage budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering firms, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, startup and performance testing of new equipment and systems.
