Odyssey Information Services, Inc. seeks a Facilities & Safety Manager to oversee manufacturing facility operations, equipment maintenance, waste management, and workplace safety, with a 75% focus on facilities and a 25% focus on safety.

The ideal candidate has a Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Engineering, or Facilities Engineering background, and safety training can be provided for strong candidates with facilities experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Engineering, or Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and environmental compliance preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident, proactive personality with the ability to enforce standards.
• Safety management experience is preferred but not required. Training can be provided.

• Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and equipment reliability.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing machinery.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, contractors, and facility improvements.
• Manage waste disposal and environmental compliance, including hazardous waste.
