Job summary

Grex Defense, Inc. is seeking a hands-on leader to stand up and run our manufacturing facility in Huntsville, Alabama. You will own the facility operations, drive buildout, install equipment, implement safety programs, and manage day-to-day production readiness.

This role is ideal for someone who has run a real shop or plant and can translate strategy into practical execution on the floor while ensuring compliance with EHS standards and security requirements. U.S.

Stand up and run the facility where we build.

You'll own the manufacturing facility — buildout, equipment, safety, and day-to-day operations — creating the physical foundation for production.

A hands-on leadership role for someone who has run a real shop or plant.

• Buildout, equipment, EHS, and operations
• Ability to stand up capability from the ground
• U.S. person status (ITAR/EAR) required
• Eligible to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance
