Job summary

Confidential in Gardena, CA is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to lead a skilled team and keep our manufacturing facility running at peak efficiency. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and CNC machinery maintenance, and drive safety and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in facilities management with 3+ years in leadership, strong vendor management, budgeting, OSHA compliance, and excellent communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities management or maintenance, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and CNC machinery systems.
• Experience owning a budget, from planning through cost control.
• Solid grasp of OSHA and workplace safety compliance.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization.
