Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent maintenance certifications.
• 7+ years of plant or facilities management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, boilers, and electrical distribution.
• Proven track record coordinating contractors across multiple trades.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project management skills.
• Stationary Engineer license preferred.
• Strong communicator across departments and with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC, boilers, stationary engineering, building maintenance, and related systems.
• Manage on-site contractors across trades ensuring standards, timelines, and safety.
• Oversee wastewater treatment systems and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and oversee capital project budgets, scopes, and schedules for infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to codes, OSHA requirements, and safety standards.
• Identify facility improvement opportunities and lead implementation from concept through completion.
