Responsibilities

• Interface with outside vendors to schedule/expedite processing jobs.
• Provide online job status for major customers.
• Respond to customer needs by checking status on jobs; help resolve complaints.
• Oversee day-to-day activities in the warehouse; perform back-up duties.
• Issue material requisitions for min-max levels; create material requests.
• Move and locate materials on the floor; operate forklift and related equipment.
• Support cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
