Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Santa Fe Springs, CA, offering a 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with some Saturdays. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, bin locations, and ERP traceability while ensuring SOP compliance and timely restocking.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, forklift/crane/hOist training, and 3 years in aerospace/manufacturing warehouse environments with strong Excel/MRP/ERP skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with technical school is preferred.
Experience with Excel/MRP/ERP systems and basic math.
Aerospace/manufacturing warehouse experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Maintain accuracy of physical inventory and locations.
Ensure traceability in the bin level and ERP system.
Maintain proper bin location and identification of inventory.
Comply with standard operating procedures.
Reconcile physical inventory daily with ERP and prepare reports.
Record adjustments and track products using inventory controls.
Enter data into MRP/ERP and manage stock movements.
Close job orders timely and support restocking.
