Northrop Grumman is seeking a General Manufacturing Manager in Plymouth, MN, to lead a team of Engineering Technicians within Operations and to support Proximity Ammo programs. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and accountability, with collaboration across engineering and program management.

Preferred candidates have strong manufacturing experience and leadership skills, with options for advanced degrees and related certifications.

Competenze

7 years of experience in engineering (or 3 years with a BS or 1 year with an MS).
2+ years of people leadership experience.
Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
Experience working in manufacturing environment.
Ability to solve problems and drive continuous improvements.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
