Responsibilities

• Provide direction to subordinates using established policies and precedents.
• Make decisions related to daily work responsibilities.
• Monitor daily work operations and assist subordinates as required.
• Coach direct reports in career development, performance, and teamwork.
• Provide guidance on design concepts and specification requirements to optimize manufacturing.
