Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of chief engineers within the Design Engineering department.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement with engineering, program management, support, and customers.
• Drive technical leadership and mentorship; manage budget.
• Plan, execute, and manage department budget.
• Identify development needs and provide training opportunities.
• Oversee DoD gate reviews (SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, SVR, PRR).
