Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive Lean, Six Sigma, and standardized work across the manufacturing network. The role partners with Plant Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and HR to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will lead value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and TPM efforts, translating Lean tools into practical frontline solutions. Strong shop-floor presence and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5–10 years of CI, Lean, or Operations experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belt strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI strategy across the plant to improve OEE, scrap, throughput, and labor utilization.
• Conduct value stream mapping and Kaizen events to reduce waste and downtime.
• Implement TPM, 5S, and visual management on production lines.
• Coach and mentor belt project leaders and integrate CI thinking into onboarding and training.
• Track CI metrics and maintain a project portfolio with leadership.
