Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America in Clinton, IA is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to train, coach, and assess factory staff. You will develop improvement plans that reduce costs and boost asset intensity while upholding our standards of quality and safety.

You will support Operational Master Planning, deliver targeted training, lead improvement projects, and advance Manufacturing Excellence methodologies (TPM and NCE).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching in manufacturing or related settings.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Support Operational Master Planning activities for the factory, including ownership of data to support at all levels.
• Deliver training and coaching to build the capabilities of people within the factory.
• Coach & lead projects as needed.
• Support NCE pillars to drive world class manufacturing through TPM.
• Develop Manufacturing Excellence methodologies, competencies, and routines.
• Coach data health on factory floor and operational reviews.
