Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Training Lead to mentor new and seasoned production associates and collaborate with trainers. The role focuses on coordinating training, evaluating skills, and updating materials to align with best practices across shifts.

You will support continuous improvement initiatives, maintain GMPs, and ensure compliance with FDA/USDA standards while fostering an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of Trainer Certification within the designated timeframe.
• Completion of Everyday Coaching Certification within the designated timeframe.
• 1–2 years of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create and update training materials using standardized formats.
• Review trainee performance and provide standardized feedback.
• Deliver training using visual, auditory, and hands-on methods.
• Assess individual learning styles and adapt approach accordingly.
• Support NCE and Lean initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain GMPs at all times.
• Comply with FDA and USDA rules and work practices.
