Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Manufacturing Excellence Manager to drive a factory-wide performance improvement strategy and to lead Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) initiatives across the plant.

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will oversee data reliability, planning, governance, and competency building while coaching Leadership Teams in TPM/Lean methods to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Engineering or related degree required.
• 8+ years in a manufacturing or continuous improvement environment, desired.
• Food, CPG or Pharmaceutical experience preferred including factory floor experience.
• 2+ years working with factory management/leadership teams.
• 2+ years of project management, loss intelligence, & advanced problem solving.
• 2+ years working in TPM/Lean implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a factory-wide performance improvement strategy.
• Lead NCE implementation and industrial performance initiatives in the factory.
• Drive data reliability, planning rate reviews, and governance.
• Coach leadership teams in TPM/Lean methodologies and change management.
• Guide projects to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
