Nestlé Clinton plant is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to train, coach, and assess employees, and to develop improvement plans that cut costs and improve asset efficiency. You will lead data-driven initiatives, support master planning, and drive world-class manufacturing through Nestlé Continuous Excellence pillars.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 4+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Operational Master Planning activities for the factory, including ownership of data to support at all levels.
• Deliver appropriate training and coaching to build the capabilities of people within the factory.
• Coach & lead projects as needed.
• Support all Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) pillars to drive implementation of world class manufacturing through TPM.
• Support the development of Manufacturing Excellence methodologies, competencies, and routines.
• Coach data health on factory floor and operational reviews
