Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 4+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching in a manufacturing-related environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Operational Master Planning activities for the factory, including ownership of data to support at all levels.
• Deliver training and coaching to build the capabilities of people within the factory.
• Coach & lead projects as needed.
• Support all Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) pillars to drive world-class manufacturing through TPM.
• Develop Manufacturing Excellence methodologies, competencies, and routines.
• Coach data health on factory floor and during operational reviews
