Job summary

Bullard, a fifth-generation family-owned PPE manufacturer, seeks a Business Systems and Continuous Improvement Analyst to connect manufacturing processes with ERP and data to drive improvements.

You will partner across Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and IT to identify root causes, document current-state and future-state workflows, and lead ERP-related change from design through adoption, with measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in manufacturing operations, business systems, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP or manufacturing-related systems.
• Understanding of production, planning, inventory, purchasing, and quality processes.
• Strong ability to analyze processes, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
• Experience gathering requirements and coordinating testing and implementation.
• Ability to work with operational data and validate system results.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work without direct supervisory authority.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with Epicor, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor, Plex, QAD, JD Edwards, NetSuite or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Customer Service, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Sales and IT to identify and improve processes.
• Document current-state processes and design improved future-state workflows.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, duplicate data entry, and unnecessary approvals.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and distinguish problems from symptoms.
• Establish baseline measures and evaluate improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, lead time, accuracy, and system adoption.
• Gather and document business requirements, workflows, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, implementation, and training.
• Develop Epicor Kinetic expertise and support ERP upgrades and optimization.
• Serve as a trusted user contact and deliver training and ongoing support.
• Manage a backlog of business-system improvement opportunities.
