Responsibilities

• Support engineers in improving production cycle time, yield, quality, and operational efficiency
• Monitor manufacturing equipment and instruments to ensure proper operation and performance
• Collect and document operating, calibration, inspection, testing, and repair data
• Troubleshoot equipment, instrumentation, and process-related issues to minimize production disruptions
• Analyze equipment and process deviations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Prepare reports and trend analyses using operational, salvage, and performance metrics
• Maintain process documentation in accordance with SOPs and manufacturing requirements
• Support compliance with quality, safety, and GMP standards
