Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Machine Operator I to support the manufacturing of high-quality medical device components. You will operate bench-top and floor-type equipment, follow SOPs, perform basic setup, and monitor performance to meet precise specifications.

The role is fully onsite with collaboration across production leads, engineers, and quality personnel. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, with attention to detail and ability to follow instructions required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate bench-top and floor-type manufacturing equipment.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Perform basic machine setup and routine adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance and identify issues.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections.
• Verify product quality and document results.
• Support quality control activities (SPC).
• Complete production records accurately and timely.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Escalate equipment, process, or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates, leads, engineers, and quality personnel.
