Job summary

You will lead design, maintenance, and infrastructure projects, manage operating plans and budgets, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EH&S, Supply Chain, Security, and Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of facilities management experience OR advanced degree and 5+ years of facilities management experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar operating budgets and capital expenditure projects

Responsibilities

• Lead campus facilities operations, including utilities, infrastructure, workplace services, and building systems.
• Ensure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective support for manufacturing, labs, warehouses, offices, and critical environments.
• Direct facility design, construction, maintenance, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Develop and manage operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and project schedules for facilities activities.
• Oversee capital expenditure planning and execution, prioritization, and delivery of site investments.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EH&S, Supply Chain, Security, and Finance to support business continuity and operational excellence.
