• Execute comprehensive maintenance strategies to diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical failures.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and schematics to troubleshoot control systems, motors, and power distribution.
• Perform proactive preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and prevent operational disruptions.
• Fabricate and modify machine components using shop equipment to support custom production requirements.
• Install, align, and calibrate new or relocated machinery to meet precise engineering specifications.
• Lead root-cause analysis efforts to identify recurring issues and implement long-term technical solutions.
• Support emergency repair efforts to restore production capacity rapidly during critical downtime events.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electrical repair.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and high-voltage electrical systems.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex technical blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights on elevated platforms.

Preferred Skills
