Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with pneumatics and basic hydraulics.
• Able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Preventive maintenance experience on industrial equipment.
• Strong safety mindset and lockout/tagout experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical issues.
• Respond to breakdowns and urgent maintenance needs promptly.
• Execute preventive maintenance according to schedules and priorities.
• Diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals effectively.
• Support installation, setup, and modification of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain equipment uptime and safe operating conditions site-wide.
• Document repairs and maintain maintenance records.
