Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology in Hollis, NH seeks a Facilities Technician to support production through preventive maintenance, cleanroom housekeeping, and utility systems. You will remove metals, maintain air and gas delivery, monitor DI water and wastewater, and coordinate with contractors while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), mechanical aptitude, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot routine facility and utility system problems.
• Experience with cleanrooms, compressed air, water treatment, or gas delivery systems a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and be available for evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Remove metals from sputtering shields and components using a sandblast cabinet and hand tools.
• Maintain facility and cleanroom support areas in a clean, organized condition.
• Inspect and maintain air compressors and air delivery systems for reliable service.
• Monitor DI water system and wastewater operations; perform routine maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors, production and engineering; document work status.
