Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/maintenance setting.
• Troubleshoots electronic controls and PLC logic to repair production equipment.
• Proficient in pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and diagrams.
• Comfort with using hand/power tools and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Maintains spare parts inventory and PM schedules.
• Excellent communication across levels and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Technicians in production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of production and engineering equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and PM schedules.
• Track equipment utilization and adjust PM schedules accordingly.
• Interface with the Facility Maintenance Group as needed.
• Maintain documentation logs and ensure required sign-offs.
