Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience programming and debugging automated equipment; PLCs and servos a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on production equipment to meet schedules.
• Provide continuous technical support to production operators.
• Maintain and manage spare parts inventories and supplies.
• Prepare maintenance reports and analyze trends.
• Improve setups, changeovers, and equipment utilization.
• Develop and improve maintenance documentation.
• Support testing to qualify new equipment/processes.
• Train and evaluate operators on process and equipment knowledge.
