Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High technical knowledge and manufacturing experience.

• Support quality assurance during equipment implementation to minimize production disruptions.
• Lead technical training and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and optimize processes.
• Ensure safety standards are upheld according to OSHA and company guidelines.
