Honda is seeking an Equipment Engineer to support continuous improvement in safety, quality and delivery. You will lead projects from concept to completion, work with outside vendors and internal teams, and identify loss and implement countermeasures in a manufacturing setting.
The role requires a BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) with 0–6 years of experience, proficiency in MS Office and 3D CAD, and the ability to travel 1–4 trips per year.

The Engineer should support continuous improvement related to safety, quality, delivery efforts, ability to identify root causes to complex problems, support New model, manage projects, prepare documents for approval, Identify loss, causes of loss, develop solutions and implement engineering counter measures.
