Job Description

The Environmental, Health & Safety Manager collaborates with NA Environmental and Health & Safety departments to ensure consistent implementation of policies and strategies. Responsible for advising site management on EH&S objectives, planning activities, and integrating EH&S into the plant culture, overseeing all phases of the plant’s environmental, health, and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Advising on EH&S objectives
• Maintaining regulatory records
• Evaluating program effectiveness
• Auditing hazard controls
• Developing hazard control procedures
• Managing Worker’s Compensation issues
• Mentoring leadership in hazard identification and safety interactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5-7 years of manufacturing EH&S experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Certifications like CSP, CIH, or CHMM preferred
• Ability to certify OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training

Salary & Benefits

The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000, with a possible 12% quarterly bonus. Benefits include paid holidays, medical/dental coverage, pre-tax accounts, wellness programs, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and employee assistance programs.
