ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales, Manufacturing to lead Moveworks-related enterprise sales across the US. This role reports to senior leadership and requires strong C-level engagement and strategic territory management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum in Enterprise/Strategic sales

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8 Moveworks Enterprise and Strategics Solution Sales Executives to drive rapid new business growth within defined territory
• Build and drive sales strategy for the territory with Sales Ops
• Engage in territory planning, relationship development and opportunity development to drive revenue
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence
• Develop territories and quotas and communicate expectations
• Manage and report forecast and pipeline to the business
• Achieve annual sales goals quarterly and annually
• Present as ServiceNow expert in C-level meetings
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
