Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, ENT Sales, Manufacturing to lead Moveworks Enterprise and Strategics Sales Executives across the US, including manufacturing accounts, and to drive rapid new business growth. You will manage a team of eight, build territory strategy with Sales Operations, and guide opportunity development while coordinating with cross-functional partners.

You have 5+ years in enterprise software sales, a track record of quota success, and strong C-level negotiation skills,

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 Moveworks Enterprise and Strategics Sales Executives nationwide
• Build and drive territory Go-To-Market strategy with Sales Ops
• Coach, recruit and mentor sales team to exceed quota
• Own territory planning, forecasting and pipeline management
• Communicate performance expectations and develop quotas across the team
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Sales Ops, Legal and other teams
