Job summary

Aero Electronics, an Interconnect Solutions Company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor in Titusville, FL. This on-site leadership role combines people management with hands-on engineering to improve throughput, capacity, quality, and efficiency across manufacturing operations.

You’ll work with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Engineering to solve production challenges, scale processes, and implement scalable systems, driving continuous improvement with data-driven results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial) or related discipline
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience leading engineers, technicians, or production staff
• Experience implementing manufacturing process improvements with measurable results
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team through coaching and hands-on support
• Set priorities, assign projects, and manage team workloads based on production needs
• Develop team capabilities in manufacturing engineering, Lean, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
• Foster a collaborative environment across Manufacturing Engineering and Operations
• Lead development and improvement of manufacturing processes for cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electromechanical products
• Identify and eliminate constraints affecting throughput, quality, and delivery
• Optimize production layouts, workflows, and material flow
• Establish standardized processes, BOMs, and best practices for scalable operations
• Lead Lean/Kaizen initiatives and monitor KPIs to drive improvement
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues and support changes
