Publix Super Markets is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead engineering and capital projects across manufacturing facilities. The role reports to the Senior Manufacturing Maintenance Engineering Manager and focuses on asset productivity, safety, and project execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating with plant engineers, equipment suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Directs planning, equipment suppliers, contracting, fabrication and installation of capital projects.
• Develops and maintains engineering specifications and documentation.
• Manages multiple projects with internal and external resources.
• Provides status updates and assesses project risks.
• Collaborates with Manufacturing IT, MLP and Industrial Engineering on projects.
