Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Ave Maria, FL is seeking a Sterilization Supervisor to lead the sterilization team in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

You will schedule production, oversee operations across multiple shifts, ensure compliance with FDA QSR and ISO standards, and drive safety and quality in all processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of production experience, and two years of supervisory responsibility with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5 years’ experience in a production environment required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules product runs to meet turnaround-time and quality requirements.
• Maintains segregation of processed vs. non-processed products.
• Coordinates downtime for maintenance with Maintenance.
• Approves data and logs ensuring cycle times and loading patterns meet specs.
• Provides direction to Sterilization Technicians and Material Handlers and addresses performance issues.
• Collaborates with Quality Assurance and Engineering on nonconformance management.
