Job summary
Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for its manufacturing facility in Ave Maria, FL. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5 years of quality engineering experience in regulated environments.
The Senior QA Engineer will support the Quality Manager in overseeing the development of Class I, II, and III medical devices. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, participating in audits, and driving continuous improvement projects within the quality framework.

Qualifications
- 5 years quality engineering experience in a highly regulated industry required.
- Proficiency in the use of technical tools such as Excel and Minitab.
- Experience with quality assurance processes, including risk management.
Responsibilities
- Review design drawings for quality assurance.
- Participate in quality audits as directed.
- Lead completion of Nonconformances (NCR's) when assigned.
