Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in medical device manufacturing and quality/regulatory systems. The role emphasizes leading process validations, Lean improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to meet stringent quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a BS in engineering/technical field (MS/PhD preferred), and Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in an engineering/technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten+ years of experience in medical device/manufacturing environments; 5+ in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Quality Management Systems, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Leads and implements quality, regulatory and process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ).
• Drives Lean manufacturing improvements to reduce cycle times and waste.
• Mentors staff and leads cross-functional project teams to achieve business results.
