Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• 1-2 years of leadership experience managing and developing engineers
• Experience supporting complex manufacturing operations
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes with the ability to analyze manufacturing performance metrics
• Hands-on engineering approach with strong floor presence; capable of leading by example
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Great interpersonal and communication skills to partner with customers and teams
• Proficient with data analysis and Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Engineering Leadership: Supervise a team of Manufacturing Engineers; establish standards and processes; provide technical leadership.
• Value Stream Support: Address production constraints and process variation; ensure safe, repeatable production.
• Continuous Improvement and Lean: Align with Lean Performance System; use SQDC metrics to identify improvements.
• Manufacturing Process Development: Lead development and improvement of processes, equipment, and tooling; ensure manufacturability and readiness for new products.
• Quality and Performance Improvement: Reduce COPQ and improve key metrics; drive corrective actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Product Engineering to improve performance.
• Compliance: Understand and comply with company policies.
