Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering or related field.
- Experience leading engineering/technical staff and maintenance teams.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Experience applying advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.
Responsibilities
- Own process design, tooling, fixturing, and layout for low-volume, high-mix products.
- Lead capacity planning and process capability to support launches and second shift growth.
- Drive lean initiatives and standard work with the Lean function.
- Own root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions with Quality.
- Manage capital projects and implement process/equipment improvements.
- Explore Industry 4.0 concepts to enhance production capabilities.
- Direct day-to-day technician support, line troubleshooting, and on-floor changes.
- Lead a multi-shift team, ensuring coverage and timely maintenance.
