You will guide a team of engineers and technicians, driving strategic direction and hands-on technical leadership for process development and optimization. Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering required.
• MS in Engineering, MBA, or leadership certification preferred.
• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, including leadership.
• Experience in high-mix, low-to-medium volume environments.
• Familiarity with ISO and industry standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers and support staff.
• Provide strategic direction for manufacturing process development, automation, and improvements.
• Drive NPI, DFM, and production readiness across programs and production areas.
• Oversee development, validation, and continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and documentation.
• Improve yield, throughput, cycle time, and OTD through data-driven engineering.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex production challenges and implement CAPAs.
