MasterSpas Jobs in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across Process, Manufacturing, Automation Engineering and the Mold Shop. You will drive continuous improvement, applying lean methods and partnering with Production, Quality and Design Engineering to strengthen reliability, quality, and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent education and technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies.
• Experience using data analysis and statistical methods.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent numerical and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience with acrylic, fiberglass, and alternate spa backing methods, which is required for this position.
• Advanced Problem Solving certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Process Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Automation Engineers, and the Mold Shop team to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure production processes are reliable and capable of meeting requirements before products leave the facility.
• Design manufacturing systems and molds to improve quality and throughput.
• Support robotics automation, 3D printing, scanning, and manufacturing process controls.
• Align engineering priorities with company needs while managing projects on time and budget.
