Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the engineering function to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
• Provide technical leadership, oversee projects and initiatives, and drive process improvements.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Oversee activities related to processes, equipment, facilities, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and others to meet goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, safety, and cost.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and outside engineering resources as needed.
• Support capital projects including planning, budgeting, equipment selection, installation.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and root causes.
