Job summary

ElectroCraft, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Indiana to provide hands-on leadership in process development, equipment optimization, tooling, plant layout, and automation.

You will support production teams to uphold high standards of performance, quality, reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness and collaborate with Product Engineering on legacy and new product development. The role requires hands-on involvement, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional teamwork to drive

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Microsoft apps.
• CAD software proficiency: SolidWorks, AutoCAD; familiarity with process simulation and layout design.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain optimum production methods, tooling and equipment.
• Design assembly fixtures and fixtures to improve repeatability and reduce operator fatigue.
• Lead and support on-floor process ownership and safety standards.
• Monitor and improve process performance using data analysis tools.
• Provide on-going technical support and troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to meet manufacturing objectives.
• Assist in facility layout planning and equipment installation to optimize material flow.
