Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the engineering function to support safe, efficient operations.
• Oversee engineering projects and initiatives; align with company goals and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and other departments to identify process improvements.
• Prioritize projects, manage resources, and provide technical leadership.
• Develop and implement engineering solutions addressing operational challenges.
• Support capital projects from planning through installation and execution.
