Job summary

ITT Inc. Valencia location seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, DFx reviews, and ensuring on-time delivery with high quality and safety standards.

You will collaborate with ITT sites, including Nogales, Mexico, to drive KPI-driven improvements, manage budgets, and develop talent in aerospace production for sustained high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in aerospace or related industry in production.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication abilities.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team in DFx reviews and process optimization.
• Drive on-time shipment while maintaining product quality and reliability.
• Provide tools and metrics for KPI reporting and performance tracking.
• Support maintenance programs to ensure safety and efficiency of equipment.
• Collaborate with ITT sites and cross-functional teams on engineering strategies.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources for projects and labs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Develop team members through coaching, mentorship, and training.
