Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in aerospace/related manufacturing environments; 8+ preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Manufacturing Engineering team and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to timely deliver results and technical solutions.
• Provide tools and processes to report KPIs and department performance.
• Support maintenance programs to ensure safety and efficiency of machines.
• Lead DFx reviews, optimize production processes, and ensure on-time shipment.
• Collaborate with ITT sites and cross-functional teams on engineering strategies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive improvements and corrective actions.
• Foster continuous improvement to enhance reliability and reduce defects.
• Manage labor and expense budgets, including laboratory costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety.
