Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for the Valencia location to lead a team of manufacturing engineers, ensuring efficient operation, continuous improvement, and meeting customer and internal requirements for quality and reliability.

You will collaborate with ITT sites, including Nogales, Mexico, and drive KPI reporting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 6 years? experience (8+ preferred) in aerospace or related industries.
• Hands-on experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with DFx reviews and production process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership to the Manufacturing Team with a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Ensure premium internal/external customer experience with timely results and proactive technical solutions.
• Equip the team with tools and processes to report KPI for performance tracking.
• Support maintenance programs to ensure safety and efficiency of equipment.
• Lead manufacturing engineering for DFx reviews and process optimization; ensure on-time shipment and product quality.
• Collaborate with other ITT sites and cross-functional teams for alignment on engineering strategies.
