Owens Corning is seeking candidates for its Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) designed to prepare engineers for technical or leadership roles in its U.S. manufacturing facilities. The program runs 24 to 30 months with rotations across Technical, TPM, Operations, and cross-functional tracks.
Participants will be mentored by seasoned professionals and placed into a full-time Manufacturing Engineer or Technical Leader role at a North American Owens Corning plant after completing the program.

The Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) is designed to prepare candidates for technical or engineering roles within our manufacturing facilities, while also exposing them to leadership training early on that will help accelerate their careers with many post program career paths available, including Plant Leadership roles. Manufacturing Leadership Program participants complete the entirety of the program at an Owens Corning manufacturing plant. During this time, participants will be mentored by seasoned technical, operations, and maintenance professionals. The program will have rotations in Technical, TPM, and Operations, with the availability of a cross-functional assignment at the end of the training per the candidate’s interests.

Program Outcome: At the conclusion of the Manufacturing Leadership Program, you are placed in a full-time assignment as a Manufacturing Engineer or Technical Leader at a North American Owens Corning manufacturing plant.
Location of Assignment: Participants are based at various manufacturing sites in the US.
