Ag Leader Technology, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Ames, IA.

This role leads the Manufacturing Engineering team, drives new product development readiness, and manages continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, and equipment. You will collaborate with Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline is required.
Five+ years of engineering leadership experience in manufacturing.
Experience with NPI, Lean, continuous improvement, and structured problem solving.
Working knowledge of 3P, PFMEA, and DFMA.

Responsibilities

Lead People Leadership and Development: coach, set goals, and develop the team.
Act as Manufacturing liaison for New Product Development and drive 3P, PFMEA, and DFMA activities.
Drive Continuous Improvement projects using Lean and Kaizen practices to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.
Provide Production, Quality, and Technical Support, maintain standard work and support ERP/MRP processes.
