Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• Two years of coursework or one year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to work in a team and communicate with technical as well as non-technical employees.
• Able to read and write technical reports and work instructions.
• Familiar with Windows and basic hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage continuous improvement projects in the Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Shipping departments.
• Collect data and document current production processes using tools such as process charts or value stream maps.
• Design and update workspace layouts for increased productivity.
